Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pre-award contractual activities for large, complex opportunities
  • Review, negotiate, and execute non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements
  • Negotiate significant contracts or modifications under challenging conditions

Required Qualifications:
  • JD in Law or bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of contract administration experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and negotiation of contracts
  • Experience with Federal construction contract management
  • US Person status
