Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client contracts and propose alternative language
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Provide guidance on contract administration activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
- Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management
- Working knowledge of PC software packages associated with contract administration
- Prefer background in Engineering and Construction contracting for the Federal Government
