Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Contract Administrator for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client contracts and propose alternative language
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions
  • Provide guidance on contract administration activities

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of prime contract administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of contract negotiation and management
  • Working knowledge of PC software packages associated with contract administration
  • Prefer background in Engineering and Construction contracting for the Federal Government
