Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of designers to create clarity, generate energy, and deliver results
- Drive product experience strategy, interaction design, and creative direction for new products
- Facilitate cross-team collaborations from early product stages to implementation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field
- 9+ years of experience in product or service design (or 7+ years with a Master's degree)
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Experience using design thinking to solve problems
