Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal HR Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business and assigned functions
- Lead organizational development initiatives and talent management practices
- Partner with executives to set and implement people strategy
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10 years in Human Resources or organization development
- 4-year degree required, MBA or M.A. preferred
- PHR designation a plus
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization
- Ability to work in and manage ambiguity, leading through issues without established processes
