Principal IT Business Systems
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal, IT Business Systems (Volunteer Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business clients and vendors to configure and deliver system functionality for volunteer management
- Lead technical solution design sessions and assess system data to optimize business objectives
- Monitor implementation progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and guidance to staff and volunteers
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with integration architecture and SQL queries
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and related tools
- Ability to work extended hours/on-call support as needed
