Principal Learning Architect

Job Summary

Bringing expertise in instructional design and learning technology, the full-time remote Principal Learning Experience Architect will design and develop next-generation enablement platforms and blended learning curricula for Pega's global field, partners, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new enablement platforms and systems
• Build, test, and maintain blended learning curriculum in various formats for field, partner, and customer audiences
• Collaborate with IT and SMEs to establish Knowledge Management and Content Management standards that scale globally

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Computer Information Systems, Editing, Technical Writing, or Instructional Design, or 7+ years with a non-related degree
• Strong experience creating learning content for enterprise products and marketing platforms
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging learning content
• Advanced proficiency in AI and experience developing courseware and instructional materials
• Highly organized with strong time and project management skills
