Key Responsibilities
  • Lead partner acquisition and development teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Manage and develop first-line managers to effectively coach their teams
  • Collaborate with EMEA leaders to drive business growth and refine partner acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications
  • Experience leading partner development or channel teams in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Deep understanding of partner and channel programs
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience with change management in complex environments
  • Ability to create an inclusive team culture that fosters trust and empowerment
