A company is looking for a Principal Manager, Partner Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead partner acquisition and development teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage and develop first-line managers to effectively coach their teams
- Collaborate with EMEA leaders to drive business growth and refine partner acquisition strategies
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading partner development or channel teams in a SaaS or technology environment
- Deep understanding of partner and channel programs
- Minimum of 3 years experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience with change management in complex environments
- Ability to create an inclusive team culture that fosters trust and empowerment
