Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and engagement patterns through research insights
- Create and prioritize a post-acquisition roadmap to enhance retention and validate performance through experimentation
- Collaborate with various teams to drive product features from ideation to analysis and ensure cohesive growth efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional product teams, preferably in B2C or DTC companies
- Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals
- Track record of achieving retention targets through innovative experiences and marketing positioning
- Experience in managing the full product lifecycle from concept to ongoing optimization
- Strong skills in experimentation, hypothesis generation, and A/B testing
