Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Program Portfolio Owner, Partners and Channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and structure the program portfolio in alignment with the customer lifecycle
- Champion prioritization of high-impact programs and ensure thorough information gathering
- Develop a comprehensive change management roadmap and monitor program impact
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred
- 10+ years of experience in program management, focusing on portfolio management in a sales or partner environment
- Strong expertise in change management with a proven ability to drive large-scale initiatives
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile or Lean frameworks
