Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Project Manager (M&A).
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation
- Communicate project status and conduct regular project meetings
Required Qualifications and Education
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management
- Proficient in project management methodologies and resource allocation
- Experience with large transformative IT projects and/or M&A project management
- PMI certification (PMP or PMI-ACP) is a plus
- Familiarity with travel-specific technologies and global travel trends is beneficial
