Job Summary

To support the Health Compliance Organization, the remote Principal Project Manager will manage the end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities while collaborating across teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage project delivery, defining scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts while identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring clear communication and accountability across cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7-9 years of professional project management experience, including large-scale or complex projects
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
