Principal Red Team Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Red Team Operator - Penetration Testing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the overall strategy for the organization's Advanced Security Testing
• Design, plan, and execute advanced technical penetration testing exercises to identify vulnerabilities
• Mentor junior members of the Advanced Security Testing team and communicate technical findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience, Master's Degree with 7 years, or PhD with 3 years of experience
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals, cloud computing, and application architectures
• Expert-level experience in manual vulnerability identification and testing
• Advanced understanding of security controls and frameworks such as Mitre ATT&CK and OWASP Top 10
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWP, or ECSA are strongly preferred
