- Utilize data analysis to ensure compliance with sales processes and improve internal practices
- Guide and train employees in sales processes and lead large, complex project initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Mastery level knowledge typically obtained through advanced education and extensive experience
- University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with 8 years; or a PhD with 5 years of experience
- Recognized expert in the professional discipline
- Experience in implementing strategic goals
- Ability to manage undefined and complex problems
