Principal Security Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Security Architect to drive business and security innovation while adopting emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Architecture and technology teams to create secure designs that meet security requirements and enable business objectives
• Participate in emerging technology proof-of-concepts or pilot projects while ensuring compliance with security obligations
• Perform threat-modeling and contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience designing and building secure cloud-native solutions, particularly in AWS and Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles and experience with configurations in formats like CloudFormation or Terraform
• Strong technical foundations in modern application/microservice architectures and related technologies
• Understanding of CI/CD and Secure Development processes and tools
