Principal Security Engineer

Job Summary

Leading product security initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Security Engineer will architect security into the platform's design, manage core infrastructure security, and conduct threat modeling for new features across a digital asset banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product security architecture, embedding security principles into platform design and development
• Analyze and secure key management systems and transaction pipelines across distributed networks
• Perform system-level threat modeling for new product features and multi-chain integrations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in security engineering, product security, or security architecture roles
• Demonstrated expertise in securing financial infrastructure or institutional blockchain platforms
• Deep understanding of cryptographic protocols and key management frameworks
• Extensive experience in performing system-level threat models and architecture reviews
• Familiarity with maintaining audit cycles for frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
