Principal Software Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to build technology aimed at helping students graduate college.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements and implement solutions
- Design, plan, and deliver medium- and large-sized features while serving as a subject matter expert
- Support operations by identifying and resolving performance and production issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of professional software development experience
- 5+ years of SQL knowledge, ideally on Postgres
- Solid experience architecting serverless applications using Lambda
- Experience working in an agile environment and CI/CD for cloud architectures
