Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer / Tech Lead, Head of Real-Time Bidding (ML Ops).
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize ROI on over $100 million per year of programmatic marketing spend
- Develop smarter customer acquisition strategies and expand to new marketing platforms
- Build and manage a high-quality engineering team while ensuring low latency and high availability of the platform
Required Qualifications
- Extensive backend engineering experience, particularly with Python and NodeJS
- Experience in productionalizing machine learning and managing data effectively
- Strong product and business acumen with executive-level P&L responsibility
- Organizational skills to manage a wide surface area of software
- Ability to maintain a brisk pace and adapt quickly to new challenges
