Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Software Development Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop sophisticated software systems with a focus on quality and maintainability
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members while collaborating with stakeholders for technology delivery
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and conduct root cause analyses to maintain high system reliability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 12-15 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a senior or principal engineering role
- Thorough knowledge of advanced technical principles in software engineering
- Experience in the healthcare or PBM industry is preferred
- Exceptional mentoring and coaching skills to develop engineering talent
