Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Principal Software Engineer will develop software applications using the Microsoft software development stack, including .NET, C#, Azure, and SQL, while overseeing the completion of software solutions for defects and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance software applications, ensuring timely and quality delivery as part of an agile team
• Document system design, architecture diagrams, and change control documentation for client system changes
• Debug and resolve assigned defects, providing recommendations and support to software development teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five years of progressively responsible software development experience using Microsoft ASP.NET and Visual Studio
• Two years of experience in Microsoft SQL development and custom SharePoint development using the SharePoint Object Model
• Experience with at least one full system development lifecycle implementation
