Principal Technical Product Manager

Job Summary

Defining and leading the strategy for AI-powered healthcare platforms, the remote contract Principal Technical Product Manager will manage product vision, oversee engineering and architecture teams, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the multi-year product vision for AI-driven healthcare analytics and workflow automation
• Provide senior-level technical direction for engineering and AI/ML teams building scalable cloud-native platforms
• Lead strategies for integrating multi-source healthcare data from various systems

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical product management, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale healthcare technology initiatives
• Strong experience across provider, pharmacy, and payer domains with familiarity in clinical workflows
• Expertise in healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, and claims data integrations
• Ability to understand and question technical processes related to document ingestion and automation
• Hands-on AI experience is a bonus but not required
