Principal UX Designer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal UX Designer to lead user research and design sophisticated digital products for a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and design of the UI/UX design system
- Create interaction flows, prototypes, and low/high fidelity designs
- Incorporate market analysis, user feedback, and usability testing findings into designs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX designer or in a similar role
- Experience with both B2B and B2C software
- Proven track record in leading and implementing UI/UX Design Systems
- Demonstrated expertise in UX design across multiple channels and international markets
