Privacy and AI Counsel
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Privacy and AI Legal to lead global privacy efforts and collaborate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and track global privacy and AI legislation, providing actionable guidance to internal business partners
- Provide strategic legal advice on privacy and AI program initiatives, including data subject requests and privacy by design
- Develop training materials and provide training on privacy and AI obligations to employees
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of privacy-related experience, either in-house or at a law firm
- Demonstrated experience in global privacy and data protection, particularly in a B2B SaaS context
- Experience counseling on issues related to Generative AI
- J.D. or LL.M. and admission to a state bar
- Preferred certifications include CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM, AIGP
