Job Summary
A company is looking for a Privacy and Regulatory Counsel to provide legal support and guidance on compliance and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general legal business guidance and support to various business units
- Conduct research and analysis on legal and regulatory topics
- Develop, monitor, and implement policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree and a license to practice law in New York or applicable jurisdiction
- 5+ years of legal experience in a law firm or corporate environment, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Knowledge of privacy and security, anti-fraud, and open-source software compliance
- Ability to provide actionable legal advice and support implementation efforts
- Experience in a high-paced environment with changing priorities
