Process Improvement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a departmental transformation, the contract Process Improvement & GenAI Integration Specialist will identify operational bottlenecks and implement GenAI solutions to enhance efficiency in a remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom GPTs and AI agents to automate business workflows and integrate GenAI tools with internal platforms
• Analyze departmental workflows to identify pain points and redesign processes with an AI-first mindset
• Lead Organizational Change Management efforts to ensure team adoption of new AI workflows and tools

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated competency with Generative AI platforms, including experience building custom GPTs
• Strong practical experience in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and workflow optimization
• Proven experience in guiding teams through operational and technological transformations
• Ability to communicate technical changes clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience linking GenAI with data repositories like SharePoint for document automation is preferred
