Process Review Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Specialist, Process Review (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of internal business processes for compliance with policies and procedures
• Collaborate with process owners to maintain and create business process documentation and workflows
• Serve as a liaison for audits and coordinate documentation and responses for internal and external auditors

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or two years of equivalent experience
• Four years of analytical experience in an operations or process-focused environment
• Experience in managed care operations
• Knowledge of managed care enrollment and claims processing
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and six years of analytical experience
