Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processing Specialist who is organized and self-driven to assist customers with tax data processing and utility billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receives and processes customer data and distributes to in-house printers
• Performs tax calculations based on customer requirements
• Communicates with customers and assists with their tax and utility data

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years' work experience in customer support, billing, or data entry
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in problem-solving customer issues related to tax data
• Unrestricted ability to work in the United States
