Job Summary

Driving innovation and operational excellence, the full-time remote Procurement Operations Specialist will translate category management strategies into technology-enabled solutions, conduct sourcing events, and support procurement transformation initiatives across multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate category management strategies into technology-enabled solutions using tools like PowerBI and Tableau
• Conduct sourcing events from design through supplier selection and award, supporting Center-led initiatives
• Drive change management activities related to new tool adoption and process standardization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on procurement, category management, or supply chain operations experience
• Proven experience conducting e-sourcing events using platforms such as Ariba or Coupa
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau
