Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage software and SaaS contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct the contracting process for software and SaaS solutions, including negotiation and analysis of contracts
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between business requirements and contractual obligations
- Monitor software and SaaS spend, track savings, and generate reports for decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum five years of experience in negotiating software and SaaS contracts in a technology-focused organization
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required; Master's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of software licensing models and SaaS pricing structures
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to software and SaaS contracts
- Proven track record of success in roles of increasing complexity
