Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance payment-related products
- Advise on legal issues related to AML, CIP, and fraud matters for risk operations
- Conduct legal research on fintech trends and oversee regulatory monitoring programs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in consumer financial services or fintech
- J.D. degree and state bar member in good standing
- Expertise in payments and banking industry legal issues and compliance regulations
- Understanding of banking and lending operations
- Experience managing state licensing laws and requirements
