Job Summary

Managing assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, the contract Product Change Manager will ensure timely delivery, compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and effective cross-functional collaboration while working flexibly from East Hanover, NJ, or Shirley, NY.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the coordination of product and packaging changes, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers while facilitating cross-functional collaboration
  • Monitor project performance, proactively identifying risks and issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field
  • Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
