Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to create scalable, legally compliant solutions for customer and partner ecosystems
- Design and implement solutions addressing the needs of resellers, ISVs, and enterprise partners
- Develop expertise in identity verification and fraud solutions while supporting AI integration into the IAM platform
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience as a practicing attorney
- Experience as a product counsel for a SaaS company or extensive commercial contracting expertise
- Admitted to practice and in good standing with a U.S. state bar
- Demonstrated interest in legal technology and its transformative potential
- Experience in contract templatization and automation across various industries
