Job Summary
Supporting a Product Delivery Manager in a remote capacity, the part-time Product Delivery Coordinator will manage project deliverables for the deployment of Zoom and Polycom Phone products to financial institution retail branches, focusing on administrative tasks such as tracking deliverables, manipulating spreadsheets, and performing quality assurance checks.
Key responsibilities:
- Track project deliverables related to the implementation of Zoom phone at each branch
- Update the status of deliverables in a centralized repository and manipulate spreadsheets for data input
- Participate in project meetings and assist the Product Delivery Manager by recording meeting minutes
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years' experience as a technology Project Coordinator
- 8-10 years' experience using PC in a business environment, including MS Office
- Proficient in Monday.com
