Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to lead a team in executing the product roadmap and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Product team to deliver user-centered solutions aligned with business goals
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and release activities
- Champion the use of data and analytics to measure performance and optimize delivery workflows
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Development, or Project Management within an automotive solutions or enterprise software organization
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a Product Development organization
- Expertise in Agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in leveraging data to enhance team performance
