Product Design Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to build and manage the Product Design roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the vision for user and provider experiences in collaboration with cross-functional leaders
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of product designers to create exceptional designs that enhance outcomes
• Establish design practices and processes to deliver world-class experiences consistently

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing user-centered web experiences
• 5+ years of management experience leading design and user research teams
• A strong product design portfolio demonstrating a user-centered design approach
• Experience creating strategic design processes in a fast-paced environment
• Substantial experience across the end-to-end design process, particularly in user research
