Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Designer Consultant to establish scalable design systems for enhancing the sponsor journey in refugee resettlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to identify needs and pain points in the sponsor journey
- Create design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to support sponsor recruitment and onboarding
- Develop a scalable design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product design for web and mobile platforms
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
- Experience in developing design systems and style guides for scalable platforms
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Understanding of accessibility standards and their impact on design
