Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Development Lead with a focus on AI technologies and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a product management framework utilizing AI and predictive analysis to enhance existing products and services
- Analyze performance data and customer feedback to create innovative AI-driven solutions and product roadmaps
- Facilitate AI integration across departments and promote a culture of AI-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in engineering or a related field, managing complex projects from ideation to execution
- Strong educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred
- Understanding of product management frameworks with a focus on AI integration
- Experience with rapid prototyping and agile methodologies is a plus
- Ability to work with large datasets to train AI models and derive insights
