Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the product development process and ensure exceptional product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project leads to define product vision and maintain the product roadmap
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation, ensuring alignment with user and business needs
• Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for complex projects while identifying and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

• Experience shipping multiple products, preferably at an agency
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in design, engineering, research, and content
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to define new processes and assess project value on a case-by-case basis
• Nuanced understanding of the differences in working with startups and enterprise clients
