Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Manager to join its Digital Product team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects for healthcare plan administration
- Lead the technical staff in developing digital product solutions and manage project execution
- Conduct analysis of user needs and translate them into technical requirements for the engineering team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of professional experience in a product role within a healthcare or health plan setting
- Strong understanding of SQL databases and experience with data analysis
- Experience with agile development practices and product documentation
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
