Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the contract Product Manager will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage the product backlog, and oversee release planning while working remotely within UK/European business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine feature requests, translating business needs into structured requirement documents
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing and maintaining epics, requirement documents, and acceptance criteria
• Serve as the primary liaison between design, engineering, QA, and business teams, ensuring clarity on project goals and success metrics

Required qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, or Jira
• Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Basic UX/UI understanding and familiarity with design tools like Figma
• Experience using analytics and user research tools, such as Google Analytics or A/B testing, to inform product decisions
