Product Manager, Lab-Scale Filtration

Job Summary

Driving innovation in laboratory products, the full-time remote Sr Product Manager, Lab-Scale Bioprocessing Filtration will manage a global portfolio of filtration products, translating customer needs into scalable solutions while collaborating with R&D, applications, and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the product life cycle for laboratory-scale filtration products, including innovation roadmap and go-to-market strategies
• Champion initiatives for revenue growth and product adoption in early-stage workflows, providing strategic marketing insights
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and whitespace opportunities in lab-scale formats

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product planning and life-cycle management, including portfolio planning and market strategy
• Proven success in a Global Product Management role with a strong track record of launching new products
• Ability to conduct financial analyses and interpret P&L statements related to the product portfolio
• Experience working with commercial teams and various sales channels, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 distributors
