Product Manager, Lab-Scale Filtration

Job Summary

Driving innovation in laboratory products, the full-time Sr Product Manager, Lab-Scale Bioprocessing Filtration will manage a global portfolio of filtration products, collaborating with R&D and commercial teams to align offerings with customer needs in a remote capacity, preferably residing near bioproduction sites in CT, MN, MA, or CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product life cycle for laboratory-scale filtration products, including innovation roadmap and go-to-market strategies
• Champion initiatives for revenue growth and product adoption in early-stage workflows, providing expert guidance on positioning and marketing plans
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet needs and whitespace opportunities in the bioprocess development sector

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product planning and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated success in a Global Product Management role
• Strong capability in financial analysis and interpreting P&L statements
• Proficiency in working with customers and commercial teams across various sales channels
