Product Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager to oversee change management and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and improve processes to prepare teams for product-driven changes
- Develop operational playbooks and manage complex projects from execution to excellence
- Create feedback channels and identify success metrics to measure project performance
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree with 7+ years in operations strategy, product management, or similar roles
- 5+ years of cross-functional project management and leadership experience
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and advanced querying skills
- Power user status in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides
- Experience working with customer feedback data to drive product enhancements
