Product Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Specialist who combines technical knowledge with an understanding of Structured Finance to enhance user engagement and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales and Account Management with product pitches, consultations, and trainings
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to drive new product development and communicate value propositions
- Capture client feedback to identify product opportunities and relay information across teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Capital Markets, specifically with Structured Products (ABS or RMBS)
- Familiarity with legacy ABS workflow solutions like Intex or Bloomberg
- Experience with Financial Technology, particularly SAAS products, Excel, SQL, or coding languages
- 5+ years of post-graduate work experience with at least 3 years in customer support roles
- A high aptitude for learning and a proactive approach to contributing to team culture
