Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Analyst to support their Specialty products in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of products and compliance requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer-facing product support role preferred
  • Familiarity with MS SQL
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience in developing and maintaining database scripts
