Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Training Development Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a subject-matter expert on RunMyJobs and develop engaging training content
- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to create tailored learning programs for customers and partners
- Regularly update training materials based on product changes and feedback from stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in creating product-focused training content or technical writing
- Experience with complex software solutions, preferably in B2B infrastructure
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and methods in training delivery
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
