Job Summary
A company is looking for a Production Lead to oversee the Production coordinator team and enhance team productivity in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire onboarding and training for the Production coordinator team
- Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of the Production coordinator team
- Monitor communications via Slack and Zendesk for timely issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience at a Court Reporting agency
- 5+ years of experience in customer support
- Highly organized with strong critical thinking abilities
- Experience in maintaining a hospitality mindset and providing high-quality customer service
- Ability to escalate issues to management as needed
