Job Summary
A company is looking for an Administrator, Production Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting for Production Operations
- Maintain crew schedules and manage onboarding tasks for freelance staff
- Collaborate with management to refine administrative processes and provide guidance on policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in television post-production scheduling or administration
- Proficient in post-production scheduling software, preferably Microsoft Excel and AirTable
- Experience with payroll and invoicing systems such as Jaggaer and Entertainment Partners
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under stress
- Self-directed with good judgment in decision-making
