Job Summary

A company is looking for an Administrator, Production Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll, invoicing, and financial reporting for Production Operations
  • Maintain crew schedules and manage onboarding tasks for freelance staff
  • Collaborate with management to refine administrative processes and provide guidance on policies


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in television post-production scheduling or administration
  • Proficient in post-production scheduling software, preferably Microsoft Excel and AirTable
  • Experience with payroll and invoicing systems such as Jaggaer and Entertainment Partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain professionalism under stress
  • Self-directed with good judgment in decision-making
