Job Summary
A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring system live using various tools in production environment
- Developing alerts and configuring thresholds in monitoring tools
- Identifying root causes of production issues and collaborating with teams to resolve them
Required Qualifications:
- AWS, Splunk, New Relic, and Open Shift experience
- Experience in system engineering concepts and monitoring tools
- Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 2-5 years of related experience
