Job Summary
A company is looking for a Professional Business Analyst to enhance healthcare operations through technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes to support technological improvements
- Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to define and communicate business requirements
- Create and analyze test scenarios to ensure client requirements are met in system design
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals into actionable plans
- Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and batch processing
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis software
- Experience using SQL is preferred
- Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
