Professional Services Engineer
Job Summary
To support organizations in designing, deploying, and operating reliable DNS infrastructure, the full-time Professional Services Engineer will manage the full lifecycle of customer engagement, including network design, troubleshooting, and incident resolution, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on network design, implementation, deployment, and migration services for single-site and multi-site configurations
- Handle troubleshooting, incident management, and resolution of customer support tickets related to PowerDNS
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to facilitate solutions and drive product evolution through feedback and feature requests
Required qualifications
- Deep understanding of DNS functions and deployments across various environments
- Experience with technologies such as Ansible, Helm, Linux, Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish fluency is strongly preferred
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with multicultural teams across different time zones
